Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to open Personal Information from Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service, the page load takes 4 to 5 minutes.
This issue was first noticed after upgrading to 12.2.x. This issue may also happen When entering dependent information using Employee Self-Service.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility:  'Employee Self-Service' or 'Manager Self-Service' 

2. Navigate: Personal Information

3. Click Update Dependents and Beneficiaries
