Manually Overriding the Price on a Service Contract Subline is Not Working (Doc ID 2795837.1)

Symptoms

Find that manually overriding the Price List price is not workings. Once the new price is entered and saved, the price reverts to the Price on the Price List or $0.

Note, the Price Lists have Qualifiers on them. If you remove the Qualifiers from the Price List the manually entered price is saved correctly. However, the Qualifiers are necessary and cannot be removed as a solution.

Steps
1. Using a Service Contracts responsibility.
2. Create a new Service Contract.
3. Add a Service Line and a Product or Item subline/
4. Manually enter the price on the Subline and Save.
5. The Price reverts to the original price.
