Symptoms
Running "afffload.lct" FNDLOAD command to download DFF is not downloading Insertable (FND_DESCR_FLEX_COLUMN_USAGES.SEGMENT_INSERT_FLAG) and Updatable (FND_DESCR_FLEX_COLUMN_USAGES. SEGMENT_UPDATE_FLAG) Segment flags of a DFF.
