Symptoms
On : E-Business Suite 12.2.6 version.
Post upgrade of E-Business Suite from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6, custom report fails.
Concurrent request log file shows the following error.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade E-Business Suite from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6.
2. Post upgrade, execute custom report.
3. Request fails with the above mentioned error.
Changes
E-Business Suite upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.6 release.
