ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Port 443 is open, still cant access HTTPS connection
XML Publisher RTF template with a dummy image. In the XML data, URL is passed to retrieve the replacement image dynamically. This works fine if the site from where the image in retrieved allows an HTTP connection.
Requirement is to get images from a site that enforces the HTTPS connection. The images load fine in a browser, but when the URL is passed in the XML from XML Publisher, the images are not loaded.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
