ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

PRC: Transaction Import completes in error when submitted as part of Oracle Time and Labor's timecard process.
ERROR MESSAGE:

MSG-20002: ORA-20002: pre_import:ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_TRX_IMPORT", line 10164
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
---------------------------
Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to submit timecard processing to interface to Projects.
OTL submits PRC: Transaction Import as part of this process to interface the timecards into Projects.
