Users Are Seeing A 'Change In Funded Value' On All Newly Created Award Modifications (Doc ID 2797201.1)

Users are now seeing a 'Change in Funded Value' of $13,922,037.61 whenever they create a new award modification, prior to making any updates to the header.

Once the header is updated to include the effective date, award modification number and justification and saved, the 'Change in Funded Value' changes to $0.00.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a new award -enter line information and any shipment and distribution details needed and save
  2. Notice the changes in funded value showing an erroneous number of 13M +
  3. Change in funded value should be 0 at this point
