Symptoms

The Over Receipt Action is set to WARNING
Create and Approve a timecard that exceeds the amount due.
The Receiving transaction will have the amount due not the amount approved.

Example
PO ####
Line 1 has quantity = 2 with Receiving Tolerance = 0% and Action = Warning
Create and Approve a timecard for an amount of 4

Then run Retrieve Time from OTL
The Receive amount processed is 2 not the approved amount of 4.

•    the table hxc_timecard_summary displays 4 hours, written and received
•    the table po_retrieved_timecards displays 4 hours received
•    the table rcv_transactions displays received 2 hours
