Validate the Direct deposit with 2 verifications does not work (Doc ID 2797300.1)

validate the Direct deposit with 2 verification has been added as a new feature, but  it was not available.

STEPS to reproduce the issue:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into SSHR > navigate to XXX Employee Self Service

2. Navigate to Direct Deposit >
There are 2 records, one for Checking account, and the other one for the Saving accout
manager direct deposit > Managing payroll payment: Define payments > Employee payment for next payroll period >
1. Saving account
2. Checking account
Both deposit type as deposit.

> click on add deposit payment

Business impact
Customer can not validate the Direct deposit with 2 verification.
