Symptoms

When attempting to generate invoice,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

NO_AR_PERIOD


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project responsibility.
2. Run request PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project
3. Review log file for concurrent program.
