Descriptive Flexfields Are Non-Updatable for Line Level Adjustment after Adjustment is created.

However, same Flexfields are Updatable for Non-Line Level Adjustments.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation: Transactions > Transactions > Actions > Adjust

1. Create invoice
2. Create adjustment type= line for line # 1 at line level
3. Save. Adjustment 1 created
4. Create another adjustment type= line without selecting any line
5. Save. Adjustment  2 is created
6. Approve adjustments
7. Click on line level adjustment. Go to Comments tab and click on Adjustment Information flexfield.
8. Adjustment Information flexfields are not updateable for line level adjustment
9. Click on adjustment 2. Go to Comments tab and click on Adjustment Information flexfield.
10. Adjustment Information flexfields is updateable for non-line level adjustment
