Symptoms

After applying <Patch 32547201>, when attempting to create Wrap Up values, the Outcome LOV values contain additional special characters.


Steps
(R) Interaction History JSP Admin
(N) CRM Foundation/Interaction History/Configuration/Outcome

(N) CRM Foundation/Interaction History/Configuration/Wrap Up
Create Wrap Up
Select Outcome code
Values have special characters
