ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

CLE: CZ VAT Control Report does not any value in LOV for parameter VAT Reporting Entity
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
----------------------
CLE: CZ VAT Control Report should show eligible value in LOV for parameter VAT Reporting Entity
STEPS:
----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to Submit CLE: CZ VAT Control Report
2. Enter the value for parameter: VAT Reporting Entity
3. Observe there is not value in the LOV for parameter VAT Reporting Entity
