Symptoms

When recalculating costs on a Supplier Invoice, the following message is returned:

"Current Labour Costing Rule values are used for recalculation. Are you sure you want to proceed?"

Is the error accurate considering this is a Supplier Invoice and not a Labor item? 

 Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Project Costing Super User | Expenditures | Project
2.  Tools drop down | 'Recalculate Raw Cost' or 'Recalculate Cost/ Revenue 1'
3.  Error is returned:

'Current Labour Costing Rule values are used for recalculation.  Are you sure you want to proceed?"

but select 'okay' to continue the adjustment.
