Email Address Is Not Getting Populated When Set To Read Only In Non Catalog Request (Doc ID 2799094.1)

Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Changing the personalization in email address or fax in the Read Only from inherent to true, the content does not show

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to see the email address or fax as read only.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Non Catalog request
2. Execute the personalization
3. Click link Personalize Row Layout
4. Click complete View , Expand All
5. Click the pencil in Message Text Input: Email
6. Change the Read Only from inherent to True
7. Click Apply
8. Click Return to Application
9. Enter item information
10. Choose a supplier with email address
11. Field email does not show any value
