ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ECC Payables Dashboard is running really slow and unable to render data in Dashboard.

Error Message occurring:

400 Bad Request: {"title":"Could not load collection from ZK: ap-trx","errorKey":"org.apache.solr.common.SolrException

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open ECC Dashboard

2. Try to run Full or Incremental Load
