Problem Statement
P46(Car) Archive Process - 2021/22 which had completed successfully without generating any errors.
When the file generated was sent to HMRC using HMRC Transactions page, the GB XML Submissions program had completed in error referring to OAException: Error from HMRC Polling

HMRC response received in HMRC Transaction page>Submit Files to HMRC shows the below error message:

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.From UK HRMS Responsibility>Processes and Reports>Run P46(Car) Archive Process - 2021/22
2. Submit the file to HMRC from HMRC Transactions age>Submit file to HMRC
3. HMRC Response with error received
