Unable To Purge Data From I_LOG & I_LOG_DETAIL table

Symptoms
This issue is in OTM OnPremise Application
Executing purge as =>execute domainman.transmission_purge (450,60,1000);
Purge completes successfully and records of tables like I_TRANSMISSION , I_TRANSMISSION gets purged as expected
However data of tables I_LOG & I_LOG_DETAIL not getting purged with this approach
