Goal

1.  Is there a limit to the field lengths (data allowed to be entered) for each field required/setup on the information template? Is there a way to have the information template go to Data Type = Long Text instead of Short Text?

2. The Information Template attachment Title is shown as "Undefined" when complete. Is there any way to be able to edit this title?
