Symptoms
When entering search criteria for item in Main Store in iProcurement the following error is encountered
ERROR

Failure of Web Server bridge: No Backend server available for connection timed out of 10 seconds or idempotent to set to OFF or method not idempotent
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: iProcurement responsibility
2. Navigation:Search> Main Store > Enter item in search field and click Go button.
3. Error message is displayed
