Errors Occuring Creating Post Award Request (PAR) with One Particular Document Style (Doc ID 2801707.1)

Symptoms

Users getting error creating a PAR for one particular document style.

Other document styles do not error - this document style is linked to a UDA template 

Exception Details Reference "Document Number is not Unique"



Steps to Replicate the Issue
-----------------------

  1. Create an Award with the certain style XXXXX
  2. Search Award and select the Award
  3. In the actions pulldown - choose CREATE PAR (Post Award Request)
  4. Attempt to save the PAR - error occurs
