After Applications Upgrade the Find/Copy Button Functionality Is Not Working In the Find Requests Window

Information in this document applies to any platform.
All users find that the FIND option in the Requests window is not showing previously submitted reports. The previous requests are expected to be listed when using the FIND functionality.
Steps to reproduce the issue.
1. Applications upgrade from 12.2.5 to 12.2.9
2. Using the "System Administrator" responsibility, navigate to the Find Requests window
3. Click the Find button to get a list of previously submitted reports. They should not show.
