When attempting to add the Description field to RFQ (Request For Quotation) Abstract page,
the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use Sourcing Super User responsibility, under Administration -> Abstract and Forms,
update Abstract.
2. For Description field, check the “Active” and “Display on Main Page” checkboxes.
