A Newly Created Organization Appears In System After A Delay Of 5-6 Hrs (Doc ID 2802161.1)

Goal

We created some new Organization (Example: Project Expenditure/Event Organization/Project Task Owning Organization).
They were successfully created but when tried to search them, system did not showed any organization.
When we searched after a gap of 5-6 hrs they were visible. Why application is taking 5-6 hrs before Organization details are visible?
