STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Maintenance User Workbench responsibility
2. My Work Queue > My Department`s Work page and Overdue Work page
3. View that Overdue Work page doesnot show Work orders

Due to this issue, users cannot find Overdue Work orders to complete
