Symptoms
Users have taken an encumbered Requisition, autocreated a Purchase Order from this requisition and then reduced the amount/quantity of the Purchase Order
What happens to the remaining original encumbered quantity/amount that was not utilized on the Purchase Order as this requisition is not available partially to use.
Steps to Reproduce the issue
- Users create Requisition encumbered for $100
- Requisition is then autocreated into a PO where they amount is reduced to $75 and Encumbered
- The original Requisition reservation still has $25 remaining - what happens to this amount - where is it ?
