On : 12.1.3 version, IAS for Applications Technology

After applying CPU of EBS R12.1.3 like ORACLE APPLICATIONS RELEASE 12.1: CPU PATCH FOR OCT 2020(Patch 31643022:12.1.0) or later, adstpall.sh gets a timeout error below

However if run OS command like "ps -eaf" there is no EBS AP tier processes alive, no functional issue.

And you can start EBS AP tier successfully with adstartal.sh.
