When performing average cost update via Open Interface as follows, the ACTUAL_COST in MTL_MATERIAL_TRANSACTIONS shows 577.999999999999978423276556360303251973 but ITEM_COST in CST_ITEM_COSTS shows 577.999999999999978423276556360303251972.
