WEBADI Document Download Fails With HTTPS Connection But Works Fine With HTTP Connection: Your document could not be created (Doc ID 2806452.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to download a WebAdi document, the following error occurs.

BNE Log
BneBaseColumnRenderer.renderColumn+ParseException:+java.text.ParseException:+Unparseable+date:+"2034-08-04" at+java.text.DateFormat.parse(DateFormat.java:357) at+oracle.apps.bne.integrator.document.ooxml.renderers.BneBaseColumnRenderer.renderColumn(BneBaseColumnRenderer.java:229) at+oracle.apps.bne.integrator.document.ooxml.renderers.BneHorizontalColumnRenderer.render(BneHorizontalColumnRenderer.java:278)

 

Note: the error in the BNE log may be slightly different, however the error on the screen would be the same for other contexts. 




STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Desktop Integration Responsibility

2. Navigate to Create Document

3. Choose the integrator

4. Fill in the required details

5. Select Create a document button
