Trade Management Deduction Payment Details Status Shows Open on Settlement Screen When Deduction Is Closed (Doc ID 2807043.1)

On : 12.0.4 version, CLAIMS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When viewing the Trade Management Claim settlement screen, Users notice the Payment Details status shows as open when the Deduction is closed.  These Deductions have a payment method of Write-off.


Steps:
--------
1. Oracle Trade Management User > Claims
2. Select a Closed Deduction with settlement as write-off
3. Goto the Claim Settlement screen and review the Payment Details
4. The Payment Details status shows as open.
