Updating Profile Class Does Not Update Values at Customer Site / Head Level

Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, Customers Module
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------- Modify a Profile Class Definition via Customers -> Profile Classes in Receivables responsibility Choose "Update All Profiles" during saving The value for existing customer profile classes are not changed
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- When changing definition for a profile class in Profile Class form and choose "Update All Profiles" during saving The value for existing customer profile class should be changed accordingly
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Query the profile class in Profile Class form 2. Change the Payment Terms or Collector Name 3. Save and choose option "Update All Profiles"
