When querying by Item on Receiving transaction form, it takes 10 minutes to return records

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Purchasing
2. Navigation: Receiving>>Receiving transactions>>Query by Item
3. See delay

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete item search in a timely manner
