Error While Creating The Receipts From Iprocurement (Doc ID 2808209.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Desktop Rcv/Returns/Correction

When attempting to perform receipts using iProcurement, the following
error is shown:

ERROR
-----------------------
The transaction could not be completed successfully. Please contact the system administrator for assistance.
Your receipt could not be created successfully because the receiving transaction manager timed out. Please retry or contact your system administrator for further assistance.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to iProcurement Receiving tab.
2. Search for an order number inorder to perform receipt.
3. Enter the necessary details for performing a receipt and click on submit.
4. The error is shown.


User tried to perform the Receipt from Core Receiving form and got the below

ERROR

-----------
APP-PO-14142: get_interface_id-000: ORA-0000: normal, successful completion

Cause: A SQL error has occurred in get_interface_id.
The SQL error is ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.
