CREATEPO Error: IS_CLM_FLOW ORA-20002: 3103: Attribute 'IS_CLM_FLOW' does not exist for item 'CREATEPO/xxxxxx' (Doc ID 2808373.1)

Symptoms

The following error is received in CREATEPO workflow but not getting this attribute in any standard workflow file.

PO_WF_UTIL_PKG.SetItemAttrText: IS_CLM_FLOW ORA-20002: 3103: Attribute 'IS_CLM_FLOW' does not exist for item 'CREATEPO/XXXX'.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set ‘PO: Set Debug Workflow ON ‘ profile value to Yes, at the user level as per <Note 406155.1>
2. Navigate to Module Purchasing > Responsibility Purchasing Super User
3. Create a Purchase Requisition and submit for approval. i.e. Req# xxxxxx (either through core Purchasing Form or from iProcurement)  
4. The Requisition Workflow completed without any errors and it did submitted ‘PO Create documents’ workflow to try to autocreate requisition onto a PO based on ASL.
5. The ‘PO Create Documents’ (CREATEPO) workflow process completed.
6. However, the workflow debug log messages table is showing the following error: PO_WF_UTIL_PKG.SetItemAttrText: IS_CLM_FLOW ORA-20002: 3103: Attribute 'IS_CLM_FLOW' does not exist for item 'CREATEPO/XXXX'.

 

Changes

 Upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2
