Product Item backorders even with available on-hand inventory
When trying to ship confirm orders, certain items will not pick release and only go into backordered status, even though there is enough on hand inventory. The Pick Selection List Generation (pick release) receives this error

There were 6 lots that needed to be shipped. The primary quantity of each lot was 3.99333. The secondary quantity needed to be 7986.6666, however when the system tried to create the reservation, it would always truncate the secondary quantity to 7986.66. I did an override of the secondary quantity and then I was able to create a Move Order.
