Symptoms

A project was created with a task level budget, but was funded at the project level.

A user subsequently changed the project type to only allow task level funding. Once this change was made, they are unable to update the project. The following error occurs when entering the project:

APP-PA-231263 You can not enter or change to task level funding because project level events
exists or revenue has been distributed.

This is error message is (PA_TASK_FUND_NO_PROJ_TRANS_AMG)
