Symptoms

Baseline Budget fails with the error XLA_ACCOUNTING_ERRORS showing in the log file.

Projects funds check analyzer shows the following error:

XLA_ACCOUNTING_ERRORS

Steps to Reproduce
----------------------

  1. Log into a Projects responsibility
  2. Navigate to Budgets
  3. Enter Project Number
  4. Click Find Draft
  5. Click Submit
  6. Click Baseline
  7. Baseline results in Rejected status
  8. Review Baseline program log file
