Symptoms
XML Publisher Report Bursting Program failed to deliver the output in email
Below is the exception in OPP manager log file
Error!! Could not deliver the output for Delivery channel:null
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Connect to EBS application
2.Submit Concurrent program which uses XML publisher
3.Submit XML publisher bursting report with required parameter details

Due to this issue, users unable to get output in email
