On : 12.2.9 version, ECC Procurement - Sourcing


When navigating to Procurement Command Center page Strategic Sourcing tab users encountered below error

404: Page was not found


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Navigation: Purchasing Super User
2 Requests > Procurement Command Center
3 Strategic Sourcing
4 Error occurs 



Changes

Installed ECC V6 and upgraded to EBS 12.2.9 in OCI environment
