Symptoms

In Oracle iProcurement, Release 12.2.10, when trying to view members of the requisition approval group, a browser pop-up message appears and prompts the user unnecessarily if they wish to leave the page.

Due to this issue, users have to take the extra action of acknowledging the browser pop-up window.

Steps To Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps in an iProcurement responsibility:
1. Add one or more items to the shopping cart.
2. View Cart and Checkout
3. On the Shopping Cart pop-up window, click the Edit button.
4. On the Edit and Submit Requisition page, in the Approvals region, the graphical approval list is displayed and there is one approver group "Budgetary Approval" shown.
Without making any changes on the page, click the link for the approval group (example - "Budgetary Approval") and then a browser pop-up window appears.

Message from webpage
The changes you made to this page have not been saved. If you continue, the changes will be discarded. Do you wish to continue?

** It is expected that this pop-up message will not be displayed, since the user has not made any changes yet on the Edit and Submit Requisition page.
