Transaction Processing Error When Performing Inter-Org Transfer After Changing The Shipping Network From Direct To Intransit (Doc ID 2809660.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Inventory Transactions

Shipping Network type was changed from Direct to Intransit.
When attempting to perform inter-oganization transfer the following error occurs.


ERROR
-----------------------
Transaction processor error
Receiving Transaction Manager returned an error while
processing the record with Interface Id 11178506. The error
message returned is.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Change shipping network from from Direct to Intransit
2. Perform Inter-organization Transfer
