Unable To Change Cost Allocation Factor on Batch Details (Doc ID 2810235.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Other Issues

Somehow two products in a batch each got the Cost Allocation factor set to 1. Customer is unable to update one of them to zero in the WIP batch as the field is grayed out.

When attempting to Complete the batch, they get an error that the sum of the cost allocation factors must equal 1.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Production Supervisor > Batch Details
2. Go to Actions > Complete
