Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version,

When attempting to create interMedia index,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-20000: Exception at ICX_CAT_INTERMEDIA_INDEX_PVT.create_index(1210):
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-13004: language is invalid
ORA-06512: at "APPS.ICX_CAT_INTERMEDIA_INDEX_PVT", line 410
ORA-06512: at line 1


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Drop the InterMedia index
2. Create index
