On : 12.1.3 version, Offers
In Trade Management when creating an offer and updating the offer discount rules with a item category, upon clicking update the below error is seen.
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small in Package QP_Validate_Pricing_Attr Procedure Entity.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Trade Management User > Trade Planning
2. Select Accrual Offer, add item category to discount rules
3. Click update (B)
4. Error
