Symptoms

Schedules and Items program fails with the following error .

ERROR
-----------------------

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-01839: date not valid for month specified
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PN_SCHEDULES_ITEMS", line 9269
ORA-06512: at line 1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Property Manager Responsibility
2. Lease and Document >  query and Amend the lease to update the End Date 
3. Schedules and Items program will be kicked off
