GMSBUDSB: Unable To Baseline A Budget In Submitted Status (Doc ID 2813359.1)

Symptoms

An Award / Project Budget has been submitted.

Once the budget is submitted, it is expected the Baseline button becomes available to complete baselining the budget.

The Baseline button is greyed out.

The Award has the Enable Workflow option enabled.

There is no notification in the Award Manager Worklist

Steps To Reproduce
----------------------

  1. Log into a Grants Accounting Responsibility
  2. Navigate to Budgets > Award Budgets
  3. Enter Award Number and Project Number
  4. Click Find
  5. Click Details
  6. Enter budget detail information
  7. Save
  8. Exit Details
  9. Click Submit
  10. Click Find to refresh budget page
  11. Status of Budget changes to Submitted
  12. Baseline button replaces Submit button, but is greyed out.

Changes

 Award/Project budget details entered or updated and budget submitted.
