CMCICU - Update Standard Costs program completed but did not update inventory item cost (Doc ID 2814077.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Cost Maintenance

When attempting to execute CMCICU - Update Standard Costs the following occurs.

It was found that the  CMCICU - Update Standard Costs program had completed successfully but the inventory item cost was not being changed from Pending to Frozen cost.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigation: Responsibility> Cost Management 
1. Reports>Select Update Standard Costs Program>Enter input Parameters> Submit.
