Position created against the particular Business Group is not appearing in Create Vacancy page (Doc ID 2814648.1)

Observed that Position created against the new Business group is not appearing while creating the vacancy

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected that Position created against the new Business group should appear while creating the vacancy

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to iRecruitment Recruiter responsibility

2. Navigate to iRecruitment Home

3. Click on Create Vacancy link

4. In the launched page select the Business Group and while selecting the Position LOV the Position created against this Business Group is not showing.
