ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Process Quality receiving transaction sample creation with null description.
When a sample is created in the forms the Description defaults to the Item Description and this is missing when the sample is auto created.
Steps:
-----------------------
1. Create Sampling Plan.
2. Create Specifications.
3. Create Purchase Order
4. Create Receipts
5. Check Samples created.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
They are expecting for sample to be generated with correct description.
