Symptoms
On : 12.0 version, Accounting Issues in AP
When attempting to run create accounting, the following error occurs.
Technical problem : Error encountered in product API for postprocessing
calling etax api fails occurred in
AP_SLA_PROCESSING_PKG.POSTPROCESSING_PROC
with parameters (&PARAMETERS)
while performing the following operation:
Need to call eTax api to update the posted flag.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: AP responsibility--> View--> Requests--> Submit a new request--> Create accounting
2. Run the program by providing valid parameters and above error will be observed.
